Pieter Houlleberghs

Pieter is a Managing Director and Investment Committee member at Decarbonization Partners, leading investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

He currently serves on the boards of Monolith Materials, Carbon Direct, Guidewheel, Orennia, and osapiens. Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Pieter led Temasek’s energy and materials growth investment activity in the Americas.

He has 21 years of investment experience and has held senior investment banking roles with UBS, Rothschild and Barclays in London and Sydney.

Pieter holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London with First Class Honours.

Alberto Zamora

He holds degrees in Journalism & Communication Sciences, Economics, and Informatics from universities in Spain and Germany.



Alberto worked as a developer and consultant at SAP. He then co-founded Movilitas Consulting AG in 2006 and Movilizer GmbH in 2013.

In 2018, he co-founded osapiens with Stefan Wawrzinek and Matthias Jungblut.

Alberto focuses on creating sustainable “win-wins” for customers, partners, and society.

Michael Klimbacher

Michael is a Principal at Decarbonization Partners, focused on investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

He currently serves on the boards of neustark and osapiens. Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Michael worked for the Qatar Investment Authority where he led investments in industrials, energy transition and financial services.

He has 20 years of investment experience across various industries and geographies, and previously held senior M&A roles at UBS and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London.

Dr. Jan-Hendrik Gnändiger

Jan-Hendrik supports companies in navigating regulatory requirements and advancing their sustainability reporting strategies.

His work focuses on advising around CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and international standards such as TCFD and ISSB.

A Dutch native with extensive experience across enterprise software, Stephan has worked closely with global organizations in areas including supply chain, procurement and operations.

He is known for combining deep market expertise with a strong understanding of how technology and AI can help companies build more resilient, sustainable, and efficient operations.

Ann Tracey

As Colgate-Palmolive's Chief Sustainability Officer, Ann is a member of Colgate’s Sr. Leadership team and leads Colgate’s Global Sustainability strategy and key initiatives, integrating a strong technical foundation across our enterprise Sustainability & Social Impact Strategy Core Ambition pillars - Driving Social Impact, Helping Millions of Homes and Preserving our Environment.

Ann holds a BA degree in Applied Science, a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master's of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Systems. Most recently, Ann has completed a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of the UNGC Network USA and is a member of the GHG-Protocol Steering committee.

Juan Carlos Fuenmayor

Global executive with more than 25 years of international leadership across procurement, supply chain, transformation, M&A and commercial roles.

Currently Chief Procurement Officer and President of Energy Services at Syensqo, leading large-scale transformation, value creation and operating model redesign in complex global environments.



Previously held senior leadership roles at Solvay and Anheuser-Busch InBev, spanning global ingredients, packaging, integration, finance and general management, following earlier strategy and investment banking roles at Samsung, Bank of America and Citigroup.

Eric Slawter

Eric Slawter, CFA, is a Principal at Decarbonization Partners. In this role, Eric is focused on business development and capital formation initiatives across the platform. This includes investment sourcing, investor coverage and portfolio value creation. 

Prior to Decarbonization Partners, Eric served as Chief of Staff to BlackRock's Chief Client Officer and Head of the US & Canada Region. In this role, Eric was focused on driving regional and global growth initiatives across the client businesses. Eric has also spent time within BlackRock's US Wealth Advisory (USWA) business. Eric's prior experience includes working at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management.



Eric graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. Eric captained the West Chester Men's Golf Team and is an avid competitive golfer. Eric grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA and currently resides in San Francisco, CA.

Sheri Hinish is the Founder and CEO of Supply Chain Revolution Global LLC (d/b/a Supply Chain Queen®), a global thought leader, executive advisor, and recognized authority on sustainability, AI, supply chain transformation, and climate-finance strategy.

Previously, she served as EY's Global Consulting Leader for Sustainability, Technology, and Ecosystems and as a Senior Executive at IBM leading Global Sustainability and Supply Chain services. She holds advanced degrees from Harvard University and Rutgers University and has been recognized as the #1 Global Supply Chain Influencer, a Top 100 Woman in Supply Chain and Technology, and among the Top 250 Global Leaders in Sustainability.

Sheri advises Fortune 500 companies, governments, and multilateral institutions on regenerative supply chains, responsible AI governance, circular economy, and just-transition strategy in the Global South. She is an executive delegate at COP and the World Economic Forum, a keynote speaker at CES, NRF, NY Climate Week, and Reuters Sustainability, and host of The Supply Chain Revolution Podcast.

Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Forbes, The Economist, and Sustainability Magazine. She serves as a graduate lecturer at Georgetown University and the University of Arkansas, with guest lectures at Harvard, Columbia, Northwestern, Wharton, Duke, Cornell, and Rutgers.
