From when can I check-in?

The venue opens at 8:30 AM. As the program starts at 10:00 AM, we recommend arriving early, especially on Day 1, as check-in may take some time.

In which language is the summit?

The main language of the summit is English. Keynotes and most Deep Dive sessions will offer AI-powered live translation, accessible via your own device and headphones.

How long will the program be?

Day 1 runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and the summit party until midnight.
Day 2 runs from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including masterclasses.

Who is this event for?

This event is designed for professionals working in areas such as Product Compliance (PPWR, PFAS, DPP, etc.), Supplier Intelligence, Disclosures & Reporting, Carbon Management, Operational Efficiency (e.g. maintenance, audits).

Will there be networking opportunities?

How do I cancel / Do I have to cancel if I cannot attend anymore?

If you’re unable to attend, please email dominik.seel@osapiens.com. This helps us plan more sustainably and avoid unnecessary waste.

Is transfer of bookings possible if someone attends in my place?

Ticket transfers are not possible, as each booking is linked to a personalized name badge printed onsite. If someone else would like to attend, please cancel your registration and have them register separately.

Where exactly does the event take place and how can i get there? (DB Ticket, Venue, ...)

The event will be held at the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim, Germany. It is just a 7-minute walk from Mannheim main station.

You’ll receive access details via Mail a few days before the event.

What can I do with the event app (agenda, networking, updates)?

The app allows you to explore the venue map, view the agenda, access translations, connect with other attendees, and browse exhibitor and partner information.

Will I receive updates during the event?

Yes. You can enable notifications in the app to stay informed about program updates.

Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, Free Wifi will be available.

Will there be translation available (own devices)?

Yes. While the main language is English, AI-powered translations will be available for keynotes and most sessions via a link accessible on your own device.
Supported Translation languages: German, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Will presentation materials be shared after the event?

Selected presentations will be shared after the event via the osapeers.org community.
